Payment & Billing

Billing Insurance

RHS will bill your insurance company directly. If you need to, we can provide you with a paper "super bill" that can be submitted to your insurance company for the possibility of reimbursement. Many insurance companies have limitations on the number/frequency of visits and types of medications; Resilient Health Services will work with you to provide information about your diagnosis, history and treatment plan in order to pass this along to your insurance company!


  • Make sure to upload your insurance card to the patient portal


  • It is the patient's responsibility to ensure their scheduled provider is in-network with their insurance plan at Resilient Health Services for every appointment.

Private Pay

As a client, you do not have to use insurance to pay for services; we have cash pricing available for individuals without insurance. Consult with the provider about this during your first visit and RHS will provide you with payment options.

CANCELLATION FEE:

We require at least 24-hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations that occur with less than 24-hour notice or failure to show up to an appointment will result in a charge of $75 for medication management services. Payment for the cancellation fee must be paid before rescheduling the next appointment.

Log into TherapyPortal

Enter your username and password to login to TherapyPortal.

Click the "Billing" Tab

The billing tab is located in the upper right of the top navigation.  Your balance and make a payment link will appear under the "needs your attention" box in the middle of the page.

Payment Options

You can either pay the full amount due (as low as $3) or make a  partial payment as low as $10  towards any balance of more than $20  by credit or debit card.  You will be prompted to enter your credit/debit card information for a one-time payment. Once you have entered your payment information, you may click the "Submit Payment" button to complete the transaction. You will also have the option to download your payment receipt when the confirmation page pops up.
